Hi all,
Has anyone seen this message appear in relation to Document Management?

The message pops up when selecting the highlighted transactions only on this particular customer account.
I thought at first it might be something to do with the full stops in the reference but I cannot recreate the issue.
Pegasus suggested running a UDS which we did but it did not resolve the issue.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what the issue might be?
