Please endorse this ER - Factory Track - Add global parameter for "Enable profile switcher"
Currently, the parameter "Enable profile switcher" can only be applied at the user level. So we must turn this feature on user-by-user, which is very time-consuming. It also can sometimes be missed, and the user is set up without that feature. We would like to have this parameter at the global level, so we can turn it on for all users at once.
