Updating pay ranges on Job Posting

We currently include our minimum pay rate and our midpoint in our Job Posting description.  We have recently updated our pay ranges.  I have already completed an upload and refreshed the pay range on the req but wanted to see how others handle updating the Job Posting description when job reqs are posted.  I know you can do an upload but we have so much information in our descriptions it's really faster to manually update the range.  Does anyone have an easy way to update the range on the Job Posting description?

Hi Stacey!

We have our salary structures and grades on the position, so when a requisition gets created and the job posting template we use for states where pay transparency is required is used, we built in the logic below so it's looking straight at the salary structures we've already built and activated: 

In our case, we're displaying min and max, but there wouldn't be any reason you couldn't use zone2 / midpoint in the logic instead.
