Delivery Stop Code C10 in Customer order

Hello All,

I am facing an issue in Customer order as my customer order is stuck at 33 status and my delivery status in MWS410 is showing 03-Pick stop. My del stop code is C10-Delivery not paid. Do anyone in which condition this delivery stop code generate. How to remove this delivery stop code?

In MWS410 - try related option - 30 - trigger delivery stop check if you haven't done so.

this happens also when you credit limit are exceeded. in ois300 you will see that the order has a stop code. you can eventually remove the stop code via related Ctrl+42 and put the manual release to 9

Other cases the credit problem was solved but your delivery has still the impression there is a block. you can try to right click on the line in delivery toolbox click on related ctrl+53 Trigger TEI.. this is sometimes refreshing the code of the block.

What is your "advance invoicing" settings in OIS010/J (OT35) ? Is CRS728 "Freight cost" unchecked ?

I have checked and created similar issue in TST environment. This Stop code C10 is happening, if I am raising a CO with Payment terms Advance. But now I dont know how to get rid of this Stop code.

I have tried but nothing is happening. I have checked in my case payment terms in CO order is advance. So, once we are raising a CO with advance payment terms, CO is directly going to C10 CO stop in MWS410. I dont know how to get rid of this stop code now.

It says "The lock is released when the payment proposal is assigned status 30."
