Spoken with support, and this is their answer:
In both version 15.1.4 and the current release, the only way to update the transaction date of a Delivery Order (DO) is to manually adjust it in MMS100. This update will also automatically reflect on the DO line. At present, it's not possible to update the transaction date through the API, as the MHS850MI-AddDO transaction does not include this field in its list of input options. If you're using this API in your process, you can update the transaction date manually after executing the API transaction. While I understand this adds extra time to the process, this is the current functionality, and the limitation remains for API usage.
