Auditing report by actor/agent

Hello,

Does any auditing functionality exist in Infor that tracks activity/transactions by actor/agent? I'm thinking down to the level of they updated this field and created this record on x day/time. I know about the Actor/Role auditing reports in GHR but haven't been able to find more detailed reporting to track an employee's activity within the system. Even then you have to review the Security Class to determine what they have access to.

We have meetings with our Auditors soon and I'm anticipating this question as we just went live with FSM last month.

Lots of business classes have a related audit business class. For example business class ItemLocation has an ItemLocationAudit table as well. In here you can filter on Actor and see what changes they have made.

Infor has released some pretty powerful audit reporting capabilities in recent months but it does requires setup and config. Not something we use in our org at this time. Your customer success manager could point in the right direction with that.

Have you tried adding fields like the following? They're available in most business classes but I've seen some where they don't work.

update stamp
- Shows the date the record was last updated
update stamp.actor
- Can be finnicky but generally shows the Actor of the user who last updated the record
create stamp
- Shows the date the record was created
create stamp.actor
- Can be finnicky but generally shows the Actor of the user who created the record

I like to use the Audit Entries business class. It gives more of a bread crumb trail of where/what a user in the system is doing across all business classes/lists/forms/etc.

As Stace mentioned, Landmark provides the ability to track and report on what a user/actor is doing across all business classes.

Once enabled, information is tracked in the AuditLogEntry business class which can be replicated into Columnar via delivered replication sets in both HRT (COL_FRAMEWORK_ST) and FSM (FSM_COLUMNAR_FRAMEWORK_ST), needed for delivered dashboards in Administrator Console - Audit and Monitoring - Reports, Analytics and Metrics.
