We recently switched over to the JSON Integration for Federal and State Tax Forms in our DEV environment. We aren't using Payroll so my understanding was that all we would need to do is turn on the Feature Toggle and run the Symmetry Field Mapping utility.
We did not make any changes to our existing Transition Management program because nothing was mentioned about it in the documentation.
I assigned the transition program with the existing tax form task to a test account in GHR. The new federal and state tax form assigned to me as expected, however when I completed the forms there was no redirect back to the transition program or button to close out the task and return me to the program.
I manually progressed through the transition program, but the task was not marked as complete and it looked as though my tax forms were not saved.
I opened a ticket with support, but I am just wondering if anyone else experienced this or if there were additional steps we needed to take that were not included in the KB article for the Symmetry Update?
