We here at Arvest would LOVE it if you would please endorse Enhancement Request 116488 to enhance everyone's appraisal process. Link to ER 116488 to allow email automation when an appraisal gets reassigned
There is currently email automation when an appraisal is reassigned BUT it only works when someone manually reassigns an appraisal. There is a setting to allow appraisals to be automatically reassigned and we would like to request email automation for this. Most of the time if someone is manually assigning the appraisal it will be expected, but if an associate transfers and the setting is turned on, with no email automation there is potential for a manager to not know they have a new appraisal to be completed.
Business Impact: Not having the option for email automation for this setting will cause frustration with our end users who are not made aware of an appraisal for an associate. It can also cause a poor experience for the resource themselves if they do not receive their appraisal timely. This can also impact their annual salary.
