EPM - Business Applications - Budgeting and Planning
We face an issue with the import function or multiple cost centre selection when configuring the workflow for a planning step. Once published, these options disappear, making it hard to fix errors, especially with around 1,000 cost centres to update.
Proposed Enhancement: We need the ability to import workflow changes or bulk update after publishing. Additionally, we seek the capability to delete published planning steps and remove associated tasks.
Benefits:
- Efficiency: Reduces time and effort to manage over 1,000 cost centres.
- Flexibility: Allows necessary changes to the workflow after publishing.
- Streamlined Process: Prevents unnecessary manual updates.
Current Workaround: Manually update each cost centre with an old employee email address to remove the task from the current budget manager.
