Trying not to create the wheel. As we move to FSM, reaching out to see if people have created Tip Sheet or Training documents they can share.

Hi Dan,
We have documents for RSS Requester training, however, since they are from last June, they do need some updating.
Andrew
If you have not yet, I would suggest searching "Fact Sheets" within FSM. Various roles have sections with some topics and guides. By no means do these replace true training materials, but they can be more helpful than Infor Docs in some situations. Another resource for you may be Infor U, but I'll admit it has always left me lacking. Real training materials are challenging and cumbersome to make and maintain -- especially with the number of optional fields, business variables, and platform updates -- which is why I think we do not see them often and instead a lot is "learn hands-on."
I would echo this. Great call-out, Ryan S.! Thank You!Hi Dan-
A little more info here...Fact Sheets are typically found via the Administrator Roles, under what we call "Sample Document Templates," which also includes IDM Document Templates. Under certain role-based and consolidated webapps (e.g., Contracts, Item Lifecycle Coordinator, etc.), we offer links to pre-filtered lists of Fact Sheets that pertain to the functionality and processes most relevant to that respective role / module. If you search for either "Sample Document" or "Fact Sheet" within the search bar, you should be able to see the application areas where we house these.
Of course, we don't have these for all features, but we try to produce them for some of the bigger concepts, more specific technical components of a module, and/or new features where User and Admin guides just don't quite give the amount of detail needed. As for what Ryan S. noted about training materials being challenging and cumbersome to maintain, the same can be said for Fact Sheets. Thus, we don't do them for everything, but we do try to keep them up-to-date to reflect any impactful changes to the subject matter. If you're trying to build your own training guides, you could see if these Fact Sheets offer a good starting point as a template that you can then customize further to the needs of your organization. They do sometimes read a little technical, so the additional human touch may be necessary for the common user :-)
