I was just curious and wanted to poll the group - if you use email automations and create the templates in HRT, what email do you use as your "from" email? A noreply from Infor? From your organization? Thanks
We have developed group email boxes that several associates monitor for the FROM fields. For instance, averittbenefits@averitt.com if an email concerning annual enrollment or pertaining to HRT Benefits. This works pretty good for us.
