XM: Inbound BOD is not working

Hi,

We are working on integration of Infor LN with Infor XM, when we send CodeDefinition BOD or Person BOD from LN then it is showing successfully processed at XM side. But we are not able to see data at user interface of XM.

We checked the background process "ProcessExtnInboundBodsBkg" that is responsible for Inbound BOD to process where we can see data is extracted from BOD successfully but event message is null.

Is any parameter setting, we are missing due to which data is not populating on XM table.

Integration items like the above are typically encountered during the implementation phase of the project.  Most folks here are established deployments and may not have the expertise to troubleshoot within this forum.  After successful processing of the BOD, information should be present within XM's staging tables and the work will shift to our HRBkg background process for validation and insertion of records.  I suggest opening a support ticket with your difficulties and let's work through this team on any specific errors.
