OLE error on UDS

Hi

After upgrading for the payroll 2.99.03 one company is getting an OLE error on UDS

error message  Error 1426  ole error 0x80020006 unknown name

All other companies  at this site had no issue with the uds

has anyone encountered this one before and resolved

Any info appreciated
