Is anyone using Employment Contracts? If so, how are you creating the contract document?

We have just started looking into setting up contracts through Infor. So far with our research, we were able to only use the template contract document, which may be downloaded by an employee to view, however, it does not save the document with signature and dates once signed. The employee signs the contract task in the system, which is stored in the system's contract record. Employment contract module did not print the signature, date signed on the document, which still remained as link to the original template.
We could be missing some setup, so please advise if there is something that needs to be updated in the setup in order to receive the signed attachment of the document through Employment Contract module.
We have also tried to use the Resource Transition Program initiated by TRANSFER action:
The issue for us with using Transition Program is initiating the document: we need to initiate the document in May for fiscal year starting in July. Employees' work assignments will have Transfer action completed, but this will not happen until later, closer to the beginning of Fiscal year and documents need to be kicked off for review and signature in May. We thought that Employment contract module would solve our issue with generating the contracts at an earlier time, however, the format that it prints now in Employment contract does not satisfy legal requirements of generating PDF unchangeable document with signature, date and timestamp signed, etc.
