I am looking for information that deals with VISUAL from an IT maintenance perspective, not from an end-user or purchasing perspective, which is all that I have found so far.

There are a number of PDF downloads available that could help you. Among these are install procedures and release notes and a VISUAL System Administrator's Guide. Perhaps these could be helpful to you.

In what way or ways? Within VISUAL (i.e. Users, Security, Macro development/maintenance, install patches/SPs/, etc.)? Or external to VISUAL (i.e. database maintenance, application installations/deployments, etc.)?

Not sure I understand the question? Are you looking to talk to a Visual Administrator? What does it take to keep the system healthy, utilities, user training, etc?

As Fluortekmis mentioned there are several documents available on inforxtreme to help you with Visual administration. These range from installation, integration and administration documents. Also opening an incident on inforxtreme with a specific question can also be beneficial.

Alex and Patric, I had posted something in the past that was a lot more specific but the responses that I got didn't really address my issues. So I was trying to be a little more vague because I really am trying to figure out how to figure out what I need. But thank you for your time.
