Transition Management Email template to include file attached during task

In Transition Management pre-boarding program I have a task created that asks for an attachment to be uploaded. Upon the candidate completing the task I have an email being sent to a department that needs the information. I am looking for a way to include the file that was uploaded by the Candidate during completing the task to be included in the email being sent.

Has anyone been able to do this?

Following - we had the same requirement when we updated our preboarding programs recently and were not able to find an automated solution.

Thank you for the reply, I have endorsed your Enhancement request. I do have a ticket opened with Infor to see if they have a way to do this and am awaiting their response.

Infor does not have delivered functionality involving the attachments from the task to an email. They recommended entering an enhancement request.
