The TurnoverData reporting cube is a pretty handy tool for us to see old and new values in relation to a transaction. We can see the old and new value of dozens of fields; however, FTE is not one of those fields. For that, we must depend on EmployeeFieldHistory to tell the story. In my Enhancement Request, I'm asking Infor to develop fields on the TurnoverData Business Class that capture the OldFTE and NewFTE, so we can see in one row an entire transaction's changes. This would help my organization to better track an employee's lifecycle with the organization, understanding not only the roles they held and which organization unit they're in (along with Manager, Bargaining Unit, etc.), but how many hours they've worked.
