For those customers that are going to start using the recruiter signature on the offer letters, what website are you all using to create the signature?

Stacey, do you (or someone reading) have a link to the literature on this feature? I remember seeing it in one of their presentations a while ago but then haven't seen it in the KB articles we're sent.

Thank you, but I was unable to get into that. Apparently the course isn't available to me. I was able to find the excel file they release with this information, albeit something still seems to be missing:

This enhancement enables recruiters to upload their digital signature to their employee profile, create an offer letter signature paragraph, and include both the signature image and associated text in offer letters extended to candidates applying to their requisitions.
Key details:
1. Signature Image Upload: Recruiters can upload their digital signature image to their Employee Profile on the At a Glance screen.
2. Signature Paragraph Creation: A new Offer Letter Paragraph can be created to define the text that will appear below the recruiter's signature image on the offer letter.
3. Offer Letter Template Update: The offer letter template now includes a field called Signature Paragraph, which should be updated with the paragraph text.
4. Offer Letter PDF: When offer letters are generated using the available actions, the resulting PDF will include the recruiter's signature image and the text defined in the Signature Paragraph.
This enhancement is automatic and does not require a feature toggle or changes to existing offer letter setups, paragraphs, templates, or job applications, so clients can choose to use it at their discretion.

1. To upload his/her signature image, an Active recruiter navigates to Employee --> My Profile --> At a Glance screen
2. Navigate to Talent Acquisition --> Administration --> Recruiting Setup tab --> Offer Letter “box” --> Paragraphs and Create a new Offer Paragraph
3. Navigate to Talent Acquisition --> Administration --> Templates tab --> Offer Letters
or Talent Acquisition --> Administration --> Recruiting Setup tab --> Offer Letter “box” -->Offer Letter Templates and create or update an existing template to set Signature Paragraph field by selecting the offer letter paragraph created above.
4. Update a new or an existing job application by selecting above updated Offer Letter Template
5. Create an offer letter PDF by running any of the existing Create Offer Letter, Create Offer Letter and Contract, Ad Hoc Create Offer Letter actions.
6. Newly created offer letter PDF will be concluded by the recruiter's signature image followed by the text defined in the Signature Paragraph.

I did all of that and was able to add the Signature upload box to the Employee's At A Glance screen. I added the Offer Letter Paragraph as they said but it's not clear to me if we're supposed to linkback to that signature within that paragraph or just put text?

There's no Variable Text Replacement for "Signature" so I'm trying an lpl string but it's not liking it:

I've sometimes seen pictures held as fields but then the displayed image ends in .file, so I tried that but it's still not working:

If anyone else has luck getting an image to go here, please let me know. We had this working for years by using externally hosted images and then they all broke one day and Infor said images weren't supported for signatures, so we're super eager to get this back. Thank you!

In the offer letter template there should be a field at the top for Offer Signature. Then you add your paragraph in there and it automatically grabs the signature on the recruiter Employee profile. How did you create your signature is what I need. I initially went to Signwell.com but I am wondering if there is a better way to create the signature.
