Vote for ER117885 - Update warning message when emailing P45's

Good afternoon all,

Just asking if you agree with an enhancement request just placed with Pegasus ER117885 if you could give it your endorsement.

A brief summary of this relates to the warning when attempting to produce an email P45,

 

This was actually due to there being a previous email run in the "Check E-Mail Status" report which had not being reported and updated so I've requested for the wording on the warning to include something along the lines of

"Your selection MAY not contain any employees configured to receive their P45's by email and/or Check the 'Check E-mail Status report for any previous emails not reported and updated"

Hi, Claire,

I raised this exact same issue, over a year ago as ER113390 - Payslips report not allowing "Email payslips" employees to be selected.

In my case it was "Email payslip" employees not being selected because there were outstanding replies in the "Check E-Mail Status" form.

Either the warning message should be changed, or you should be forced in to the "Check E-Mail Status" form.

Interestingly, I can no longer find ER113390 (either Open or Closed), and am going to chase it with Pegasus Support.
