I’m working on a custom flow for Contract Proposal Approval, as there is no delivered service definition available for this use case, to initiate the process, I’ve created an action override on the delivered action Draft.RequesterCreateProposedContract, which triggers the IPA.
The IPA successfully routes the work item to the user’s inbasket. However, unlike the delivered Requisition or Contract Approval flows, clicking on the work item does not redirect the user to the corresponding task. The item appears in the inbasket, but the navigation behavior is not functioning as expected.
Has anyone been able to successfully display the work item or form in the Inbasket? Thank you.
