Widows 8.1 and VFP6T.dll

Hi,

Am having an issue uninstalling Opera II clients (v7.30.00) on Windows 8.1 PC's. The Windows 7 PC's have uninstalled perfectly. The Windows 8 uninstall runs but does not complete or error, the uninstaller just closes. Then checking the event log an error shows

Have tried registering the vfp6t.dll which works but it still will not uninstall.

Does anyone have any ideas?
