Publisher window closes. Transfer has been cancelled, Nominal ledger has not been updated
Hi Everyone,
We have a customer who can't run a cashbook transfer in NL utilities. If they click on Cashbook transfer > select transfer and report > click on OK, a message appears stating 'Transfer has been cancelled. Nominal ledger has not been updated'. You get an OK box to click on which then promptly closes all windows.
If the 'Report Only' option is selected and upon clicking OK, the active window closes down.
If logged in as ADMIN, selecting Report Only gets you to the Publisher screen but a report can't be produced regardless of which option is selected; printing, saving as PDF all close the Publisher window down. Whilst logged in as ADMIN you can run the transfer and report and it'll post the transactions and save the PDF.
Any ideas?
