Purchase Order API's

To All:

I am looking to be able to to take a pre-defined XML file (somewhat idential to a OrderLoad used in E-Storefront) and use it to create Facts Purchase Orders. Instead of trying to re-invent the wheel, would anyone have a PurchaseOrderLoad and a PurchaseOrderTotal 3-Level API's they are willing to sell that tie directly into Purchase Order Entry.
