Project Management that works with Visual MFG

Is anyone using....or familiar with a software product that will perform Project management functions and have it link or work with Visual. Items such as product development, customer complaints, OMS (opportunity management system), etc. Haven't looked at CRM......could this be used - or should I look elsewhere?

Have you looked at Visual's Project and A&D functionality? There are a lot of fields in the Visual database such as WBS ID numbers that are used when you use these standard options. Allows integration with MS Project. See pg 27-28 of the PDF below:
