Foremost Industries LP has an immediate opening for a full-time position for a Visual Support Specialist. This position has the responsibility of providing front-line support to business users for the Visual Manufacturing, ERP software suite.

Responsibilities:
? Troubleshooting and Problem Solving general errors
? Communicating with Infor on behalf of users
? Performing upgrades
? Researching and installing enhancements
? Testing scenarios
? Documenting resolutions and procedures

Qualifications:
? In-depth knowledge of Visual Enterprise suite of software
? Solid understanding of SQL, Query writing, Data analysis, SSRS and SQL server
? Technical mindset
? Solid understanding of accounting and operational procedures an asset
