running DOCMAN with windows firewall on server 2012

Have loaded docman and all works providing the windows firewall is off (opera server and sql 2012).

can't leave it off so need to know what needs to be opened. have added the standard ports and set sql to use a static port 1433 but still can't connect from workstations.

anyone know what you have to add to windows firewall to allow docman to be used.
