Summary
Provide customers with an automated weekly report on all incidents and any attributes associated to the incidents that have been logged in the Customer Portal.
Ability to create our own reports and dashboard view of all incidents for reporting purposes directly within the Customer Portal.
We are looking to be able to report on incidents data to our Executive team that we can automate / refresh on a weekly basis.
Workaround
Currently manually extracting a limited data set and manually adding into Power BI report which is manual, inefficient and time consuming
