We are new Cloudsuite customers and are gearing up for open enrollment. Does anyone have a well-established runbook that includes functional and technical activities related to benefits open enrollment? We had our first open enrollment event very quickly post our implementation and it was not a smooth event. We would like to begin early this year and have a better planned process. We moved into benefits open enrollment activities less than 3 months post our big bang implementation of Cloudsuite.
