Example situation:
- PO line for 5000 pcs
- Shipment advice for 5000 pcs (PPS260)
- We only receive part of the boxes (4000 pcs received). (PPS300)
- The last box never arrives and I would like to delete 1000 pcs on the shipment advice transaction so that I can enter a new shipment advice when the suppliers redelivers the remaining 1000 pcs.
PPS260 does not allow me to adjust the adviced quantity to 0 (error: "Transport notified quantity must be entered"). And I cannot delete the PPS330 transaction type 40 anymore because there have already been receipts on the PO subline.
We cannot use package based receipt (PPS360) for most situations, so working with PPS360 is not an option.
Does anyone know how to re-open the non-delivered part of a shipment advice for a new delivery?
