Accurus Aerospace has been in the process of implementing Visual Enterprise Multi-Site across their organization. They currently have it operational at their Athens, GA, Grove, OK, Rodgers, AR, Wichita, KS and the latest site come up is Tulsa, OK.
There will be a plant tour reviewing the use of dispatch and priority reports on the shop floor to guide employees on the correct orders to be working on. Accurus Tulsa has Shop Floor Mobile in use throughout the plant for labor collection.
They are a user Visual IQM (Quality Management) for tracking quality requirements.

9:00 – 9:15 Welcome and Introductions – Outline of the day
9:15 – 10:15 Site Tour - Accurus Aerospace Corporation - Tulsa
Accurus provide military and commercial products to the aerospace industry. They have plants located in Tulsa and Grove, Oklahoma, Wichita, Kansas, Kent, Washington, Athens, Georgia, Melbourne, Australia, and Rogers, Arkansas. They are currently in the process of implementing the multi-site version of Visual to bring all the divisions into one centralized database.
10:15 – 11:15 Month End Close Process
Cory will walk through the closing process he has developed for the organization. This process involves the use of Visual Reports, Access Database file and Excel spreadsheets. He has streamlined the process to a point that he can have the company closed within one day. This will be a very valuable presentation for anyone in the financial organization at your company.

11:15 – 12:00 Visual Product Status Update
Rich will present the status and enhancements that have been done in Version 10 of Visual and what we now have available with release of Version 11. It is always a pleasure for us to have Rick onsite and be able to personally talk with the product manager on new opportunities that we run into daily in our operations. It also provides him with an in-depth look into how customers are using the products he supports.

12:00 – 1:00 Visual Part and Work Order Costing Review
This discussion will review the basic setup of part costing, operation costing, outside service costing. We will review the update processes that can be done in multiple ways. This can vary by site and should provide some interesting discussions.

1:00 - 1:45 Visual Multi Site
We will review the requirements and processes that are needed for Multi-Site to be implemented. There are number of functions that allow users to review information in each of the other locations. This ability allows for review of inventory and work in process across the organization. This is all security controlled, and we will review those requirements.
1:45 – 2:15 Enhancement Request Process
We will walk through the process of creating and monitoring enhancement requests for functionality we would like to see in the product and in future releases.

Round table discussion on how user sites are utilizing remote application for user connection and site management.
