We have a customer experiencing an issue with XRL. When they click "Logon," the system automatically logs in without prompting for credentials, and once logged in, none of the functions appear to work as expected.

We have already taken the following steps:

Cleared all user profiles
Rebooted the server
Confirmed that the XRL version is supported

Has anyone encountered this issue before or have any suggestions for further troubleshooting?

Have you checked the Options next to Logon and is the box for Logon at startup ticked ?

Hi Mark,
Just experienced this the other day with a customer and it happened to two separate users at the same company - I had to uninstall and re-install the XRL which I think was due to a Windows update which also affected their Opera3 client and on-line filing manager - I had to reinstall everything….

Thanks Claire and Felicity for your input.

We managed to get this resolved by going to File>Options>Add-Ins. Selected from Manage dropdown to COM Add-in, unticked infor Query and Analysis Add-in, clicked OK. Launched this again and ticked the option back on again. That appeared to do the trick.
