GHX Slowness

We utilize GHX for EDI orders to Owens & Minor and GHX has been slow a few times in the last couple of weeks. Does anyone have a process for this, or do you just wait for GHX to spit them out? Owens has no way of flagging duplicate orders, so faxing them over just gets us duplicate orders.
