We currently have the password reset requirements as the following:
If you do not have at least 2 of the below questions answered you will be sent the below email which comes from personnel@cctexas .com.
If they already have answers to the security questions, they can reset their password immediately after answering 2 correct questions.
After 3 login in attempts the account is locked for 5 mins.
However, our HR Dept. would like to mark these as required. Any suggestions?
