Does anyone know how data is refreshed for Optiva / PLM projects that have existing references? I have users that are updating descriptions for formulas and items after the references are added to the project. They are telling me sometimes they update automatically and sometimes they don't. Does any one know what the system "rules" are for these types of data refreshes
