'Flexible' Price mask

Hello,

Asking if anyone may have a program solution that will accommodate an item price mask that can be different precisions based on item class (or something specific to an item).

Particular need is to allow a certain category of items use a price mask with a decimal precision of 3 (not needing so much on the left ) and then other item categories only needing a decimal precision of 2 ( and needing the the larger dollar on the left).

Seems like a logical request. It's just that in the past when we start to explore the task- there are so many areas/programs that would need touched that it makes the programming effort / cost and estimate to the customer unrealistic.

Would be nice to extend that same logic to the cost mask.
