Is anyone using M3 Warranty Claim. Open MOS750? We are currently on-prem 15.4 and use warranty claims heavily, but all we know is how it was configured for us and how we use it. As we move to MT Cloud, we have been working with Infor to find a resource that could give us more training on all of the capabilities of warranty process, but they have not had any luck finding anyone.
Could someone show us how they are using warranty claims, or recommend a resource that could help?
