I’m fairly new to testing Infor service and feature releases as they relate to the supply chain, and I’ve found the testing steps challenging to understand and follow. In many cases, the instructions seem unclear or poorly written, which makes it difficult to execute the tests effectively.
I’m curious how others typically approach these testing steps. Do you reach out to subject matter experts for support—for example, inventory specialists for inventory-related tests or receivers for receiving-related tests—or do you perform the testing independently in the test environment?
I’ve had difficulty getting others to participate in testing with me, so any guidance or best practices you can share would be greatly appreciated.
