Hello everyone.
After performing a Tenant Refresh, we noticed that Functional Security Roles in FSM are no longer synchronized with InforOS. This seems to be expected behavior, as the refresh doesn’t touch anything on the InforOS side — but the problem is that users often lose access as a result.
To fix this, we’ve been adding a dummy roleto a general Functional Security Role, which triggers a BOD and re-synchronizes the roles with InforOS.
Has anyone else run into this issue?
Do you have a cleaner or more efficient workaround?
