Server Error in '/WebXchange' Application. (WHAT SHOULD BE CHECKED?)

The scenario is that last week the website loaded and this week it doesn't!

I fail to see what the error is actually telling me and don't have the knowledge to troubleshoot this.

SQL databases and instance checked. No databases in single-user mode or offline. PWX Centre within Opera connects and retrieves some change requests.

Services - the whole server has been restarted but before that Pegasus

Runtime Error
Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.

The scenario was that an employee returned and a PWX user could not be created for them.
PWXStorage databases did not appear to hold the previous employee data.
Reviewing other cases showed where we had to amend PWXWebConfig tables that seem to have orphaned records.
Previously we had deleted the records but I choose to update to blank out the irrelevant information.
The website was still available for up to 30 minutes after the SQL update.
Data synchronisation is every 5 minutes

Reverse Update 27/08/25

Could not reverse with exact same values as duplicate records would occur but as soon as I reversed it the website loaded immediately
There must be a check reading [PWXWebConfig}.[dbo}.[aspnet_Users] if username or LoweredUserName are ''
or [PWXWebConfig}.[dbo}.[aspnet_Membership] that will error if Email or LoweredEmail are NULL

Backup & Delete

delete from aspnet_Users where UserId = '32C51267-8507-4D4D-B8C1-900FED224BFD'

delete from aspnet_Membership WHERE UserId='32C51267-8507-4D4D-B8C1-900FED224BFD'

I decided I'd prefer not to leave 'funny' records in these databases and so backed up SQL and deleted.
Website still loads.
