MSCM Upload Wizard DB Rights?

We are trying to use MSCM Upload Wizard (v 10.1.6) and receive the error:
"Unable to continue
ORA-00942: table or view does not exists"

The user has been granted select right on every table/view. Insert and Update rights to tables the "applications" use.

If I use the DB Owner credentials, it works fine.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? How can I determine the table(s) that is missing? I've looked, but cannot find documentation on this, other than consult my DBA.

I'm starting to work on debugging Excel Add Ins, but not my forte.

MSCM 10.1.6.6 - Oracle 11R2
