Has anybody been able to setup and manage equivalency groups / equivalent credentials on GHR's job/position setup and resource record when the credential is essential? Did you have to modify anything for it to work? I have found with the 'Credential Noncompliant' report it treats equivalent credentials of an essential credential as not essential and only accounts for these equivalent credentials when the report essential flag is unchecked. But this may adversely pull in other preferred credentials that are legitimately setup as not essential on the job/position. I would like to know if any other organization is successfully able to use the equivalency features for essential credential management. Thank you.
