LBI Email / Excel report Not Bursting To All Users

I have an LBI crystal report that produces an Excel file. I have set-up an email distribution so that the Excel file is an attachment to an email and have set-up group rights and the bursting options. The probelm I am having is that some of the users get the email and Excel report and some do not. I've checked everything I can think of! The rights are correct, the users are set-up to receive the report, etc. How can two people that have the exact same set-up, one gets the email and Excel report and the other does not. They are exactly the same in LBI. Thoughts??? Is the problem because I'm trying to burst the report as an Excel attachment? I have other reports set-up the same way that are working, but they do not burst to as many users. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have the same situation. We just upgraded to 10.2.3.0.157 - and started having the problem. I think setting the report bursting options to cache at create time might work. (We never had to cache before).

I had an emailed reports nightmare when first upgrading to LBI 10.1. Worked with support until they found a solution and patched it in. It was finally all fixed in 10.1.14.0.184. What version do you have?
Things to check? Are the reports assigned to users specifically or through a group? Do you have the "Included unsubscribe link" option checked for the report. The issues we had were around users assigned to the report through a group. If a user was specifically assigned to the report, the email went. Also, a work around was to turn off the "unsubscribe link" option...not sure why, but it worked.

ver 10.2.3.0.157. Scheduled UNburst reports are not emailing out when there are multiple users. "Include Unsubscribe Link" is selected on the schedule distribution options. Seems to work when I deselect the unsubscribe link. Ticket in progress.

Thank you all for your help! We are on Reporting Services (201205) 10-1-0-0-141 09.19.2012 20.25.16 CDT.
I checked the "Include unsubscribe link" in the scheduled distribution set-up and my reports do not have that option checked.
However, I did change the busting options on the reports to "cache at creation time" and so far all of my users have said they received the reports. The reports run daily, so I'm hoping that did the trick!
