In running the project reports within Projects, I discovered that even though my parameters are for YTD actuals, only the summary level provides YTD actuals. When I select the blue hyperlink for details, the details provided are always LTD. The only way to get to the YTD details, is to export the LTD and then filter in Excel. This is an extra step to get to the expected information and can be confusing if users are not away that this is the default and currently unchangeable. Please consider endorsing this enhancement.
