The new consolidated payroll role shows the summary level time record batch statuses in one screen. If you want to see the details of each status, you have to go back to the summary level form to see another status type. Previously, the time record batch statuses were in tabs on one form so that you could easily toggle between the tabs to see the details. This new form requires a lot more "clicks" creating inefficiencies in the payroll process. The new role is expected to be required beginning with the April 2026 update.
