I'm wondering if anyone has had this issue before. We have a few Defined Contribution/Defined Benefit plans with a benefit plan start date that isn't the first of the year. This is because the plan became available to employees midway through the year. HRT seems to be making the assumption in some areas that the benefit plan start date is also the plan year start date. For example - Compensation History. We have a plan that was created in September 2019. We just recently noticed that the records in Compensation History are updating based on a September - August plan year. Example - the 2025 record is getting updated by the payroll process from September 2025 - August 2026. We need the record to update from January - December 2025.
Has anyone encountered this and knows a solution? I'd like to try and avoid recreating the plans. I'm also going to submit an enhancement request.
