Good afternoon all,
Anybody else having an issue with new Windows 11 PCs and had/having issues with emailing from Sales Processing (not SOP) where it hangs with the blue wheel. User has to then end the Opera3.exe task where the email then appears but partially completed (no sender email address or attachment).
If emailing and using the publisher, eg for a report or SOP invoicing it works 100%
My engineers are at their wits end as they've
- removed all Windows Updates as they also have document management and had the issue with retrieving pdfs (that's working ok now)
- re-profiled the PC
- Uninstalled and reinstalled Office365 Version 2502
- ensured AV exclusions are in place
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
