Summary
Please add a column for Main Contact on the support case listing/table, in addition to the Alternate Contact Name. When looking at ALL of our company cases, I will need to know who the main contact for each case is listed to be.
Business Impact
I filter our cases to all open company cases on a monthly basis, and send an internal reminder for follow up to keep the open cases moving. When I send out my monthly report of open cases internally, I have to click into each one individually to see the main contact name. Although all of the other information I need is on the main listing.
Workaround
I have to click into each one individually to see the main contact name.
