We are a healthcare system with strict requirements for maintaining employee credentials accurately and in a timely manner.
To support this, we use a centralized approach within Human Resources to ensure all credentials are actively maintained in Infor. So, we routinely update credentials with expiration dates, credential numbers, etc…
Since employees have the ability to update their credentials within their Talent Profile, how do you ensure employees are not overwriting or altering credential data that has already been verified and entered by HR.
