Missing NI values for new employees.

Please note that SCR 33933 has been fixed in Opera II 6.81.00

WENIC Record removed for a new EE when a recalculation is not done

When creating a new employee and editing the employee record after running a calculate in the first period of employment, if a further calculate is not run then the WENIC record is removed.
