It seems that when Benefit Plans are changing and Enrollment Groups need updating for Life Events, there is no easy way to do this except create all new Groups and Events?? There is no effective dating so you'd have to uncheck "Employee Initiated" on/around 1/1 and push out the new one. It seems like alot of work and confusion especially where IPA's are written to auto populate some of these Life Events.
Am I missing something??? What have others done??
